1 cup organic pineapple juice (fresh if available)
2 cups organic coconut water (no pulp)
1 lemon
Preparation:
1.) Combine coconut water, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a mason jar (or bottle with lid)
Use this pineapple corer to slice my pineapples into perfect rings and then use the juice inside for the recipe (as opposed to buying store-bought pineapple juice).
