2.) 396 Hz

At this frequency, you will be feeling inspired, uplifted, and free of guilt. It is associated with removing blockages and fears. If you feel you have any blocks keeping you from achieving your goals, try practicing intention setting to this frequency.

3.) 528 Hz

Your endocrine system and autonomic nervous system will greatly benefit from listening to this frequency of sound. A study done in Japan concluded after five minutes of listening to sounds at this frequency, stress in the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems were signifigantly reduced. If you feel ill or overwhelmed, try listening to sounds at his frequency.

4.) 852 Hz

Listening to frequencies at 852 Hz will allow you to improve your connection with your intuition. It is known as the divine frequency. If you are feeling surrounded by negative thoughts or anxiousness, try giving sounds at this frequency a listen.

All major religions, sciences, medical approaches or industries are shaped by general principles or rules. All principles define the culture in which they create. The human energy system functions as a revolving door between the physical and spiritual. While functioning as this door, it is able to allow full expression and the manifestation of our essence’s desires. Our essence desires to be the fullest self on both spiritual and physical planes. Through this human energy system, the culture of our essence is defined.

Principles of the Human Energy System

Principle  No. 1

The human energy system is designed for healing and manifesting.

This directly translates to seeking to heal what is preventing us from manifesting our desires and seeking to manifest what we need to heal any damage to our true soul/Self.

Principle No. 2

Healing and manifesting are one in the same activity.

Healing occurs on the physical plane when we channel or change matter. In doing so, we are able to fully manifest our true Self. When we are involved in the healing process, we are attempting to repair damage in order to return to a state of completeness.  Manifesting requires channeling or changing spiritual energy. Therefore, in order to manifest, we must heal, and in order to heal, we must manifest.

 

Principle No. 3

True healing requires a willingness to change.

It sounds so simple but in reality, our unwillingness to change puts us in a state of need. When we vibrate in a state of need we automatically resist the manifestation of our desires. When we stop fighting our resistance and allow ourselves to evolve, we open the door to different opportunities to manifest.

To change, you must be willing to let go.

To let go is to surrender. To surrender to the unknown and have faith in what the Universe has in store for you. To achieve our heart’s desires, we must release anything that is not aligned with the desire. Release anything and everything that does not serve you and is not aligned with your highest good.

Principle No. 5

Letting go requires acceptance of our current state.

Gratefulness goes hand in hand with letting go. It is important to be grateful for your current state to avoid drifting into a state of need and lack of abundance. You are an eternally abundant being deserving of your heart and soul’s desire. Letting go symbolizes the state of perfect self-love.

Principle No. 6

We decide what we perceive the norm to be. If we change the perception of the norm, the norm will change. You control your reality.

Our current state is what we consider normal. When we give in to money limitations, illness, or relationship dissatisfaction, we are establishing this as or norm. If we allow ourselves to establish optimum standards, our energy system will change its perception of normal.

The more we align healing and manifesting with the Divine Source, the happier we will be.

The Divine Source is composed of pure love energy. Everything of this source seeks pure and real self-expression. When we act from our true selves, we are fulfilled and happy.

Below are some ways to get started applying the principles in life.

Principle One: What is the heart desire and passion I am working towards right this moment in life?

Principle Two: What do I need to heal in order to manifest what I want?

Principle Three: Am I ready to change and remove what is preventing my success?

When I first began to meditate, I lived in a small mountain town with a population of 67.  My home was a small cabin in the forest, and I was really blessed to have such solitude in the beginning stages of my own meditation practice. When I decided to leave the mountains, for the time being, I was terrified of not being able to meditate unless I made the drive to any forested area.

I thought I would have to lose my meditation practice. I never gave up on actually practicing meditation, but the struggle was real in the beginning when I’d find myself in a less than peaceful environment for a day or more. Meditation is the perfect modality for a quiet mind. But, How can you meditate in a noisy environment?

Beat the Noise

Most often than not, I hear the excuse of people being too busy to meditate, or not having a quiet enough space to get into meditation. So I am going to put the Kibosh on that right here, right now, with a few tips and tricks to get you into a meditation practice no matter the conditions of the environment surrounding you.

Whether you are in a crazy house full of noisy kids, roommates, or even in a public setting, here are a few key pointers to help you quiet your mind in a distracting setting.

 

1.) Noise cancelling headphones

If you have the ability to get your hands on some noise-canceling headphones, then USE THEM! Throw them on your head and get that guided meditation going. Even throwing some meditation music on in the background and then still wearing noise-canceling headphones. 

Sometimes a guided meditation isn’t the easiest to connect to in a house full of distractions, so I would suggest music. For best practice, listen to something semi-spiritual, or something that you’ve never heard before so that your mind doesn’t start to drift into the past. Or, if you opt for the guided meditation, then the opposite is actually helpful. Listening to a guided meditation that you HAVE heard before as to kick your brain into the remembrance of a meditative state as to get you into the practice a little quicker. Like muscle memory!

2.) Find the white noise

Maybe you can’t use the headphones because there are little ones and pets around that you need to listen for.  No need to despair! In almost every modern building there is a continuous noise happening. It might take you a minute to pinpoint the noise, but it is there. Take a second right now to find the continuous noise where you are.  Whether it is a fan, a furnace, a computer, or even the light bulb. Somewhere around you, there is a continuous noise happening.

Find it, and concentrate on it.  When meditating in a noisy area find the white noise. Focus on this noise during the duration of your meditation, and then when your mind wanders, ALWAYS go back to that found “white noise”.  This one is a little harder to manage, and a slightly advanced technique, but once you’ve mastered this, you can meditate anywhere.

3.) Breathe and breathe and breathe 

Almost every meditation practice starts with or focuses on the breath. Breathe in and feel the air moving through your entire body, and breath out with the same attention to the feeling of the breath. When in a noisy place try to find the sound of your breathing. If you struggle to find the white noise as mentioned above, then lean on your own breathing.

When you focus your attention on your breath you can hear the movement of the air entering and leaving your airways. Other ways you can use your breath to regain focus in meditation would be by visualizing the air moving in and out of your airways or feeling the air moving through your body. The breath is a universal tool for connection in meditation.

Whether you are in a public setting or a wild household, you have absolutely no excuse.

Use the physical tool of the noise-canceling headphones or take the noise around you and use it as your tool. There is always a way to find focus in a noisy environment in order to dive into meditation. Sure, you might get jolted by loud noises, or interrupted every here and there, but once you find what you can focus on, always go back to that.  Just the same as how there is always something good in your world  around you. Performing the Violet Flame Meditation

To begin the meditation, find your sacred space where you won’t be disturbed. Perform the meditation sitting comfortably, back head straight, arms and legs uncrossed. Rest your hands relaxed and palms face up on your legs.

When initiating the violet flame meditation, there are three mantras which are repeated. When you are comfortably seated, you may begin your meditation.

1.) Choose an intention for meditation

This is where you decide why you are meditating. What problem are you looking to solve? This could be a limiting belief, personal problem, or emotional problem.

Establish your why and keep that the basis of your meditation.

2.) Become receptive through a mantra

Begin by reciting your mantra. This will allow you to be in a receiving state with your Higher Self and Divine powers. You can chose your own mantra you believe will be most beneficial for transformation.

Common mantras to begin with start with “I AM”. You can create a mantra or choose a transformational meditation mantra. Repeat this mantra as long as needed in order to find stillness and serenity.

3.) Visualize a sphere of light

At the center of your being, start to visualize a sphere of light. This light is radiating white flames. As you take deeper breaths, these flames will become brighter and eventually become a blazing white sun.

Continue taking deep breaths until the visualized sphere of white flames has surrounded your whole body. It is above your head, below your feet, and is extending three feet out from you as well.

4.) Transform light into a violet flame

Your mind and body are now completely centered. You are ready to transform the white flaming light into a violet flame.

In the center of the blazing white flames, visualize a spark of violet. This color of violet will slowly grow to cover the white flames. All oft the white flames will then be transformed into radiant violet flames burning bright.

Begin reciting mantras that begin with “I AM the violet flame”. An example of this could be “I am the violet flame transforming all in me that needs to be healed”. Speak this mantra into existence while creating a feeling of love and gratefulness. You can also repeat it in your head as many times as you need.

5.) Send your flame to others

If you have an intention that involves others (globally or socially), this is a crucial step.

While visualizing and repeating your mantra, hold your hands in front of you, palms face out. Imagine the problem is right in front of you. Visualize your violet flames radiating their light onto the problem and transforming it for the better.

6.) Concluding your meditation

You will know to end your meditation when you feel a sense of peace and calmness. Your problem has been dissolved by the violet flame and you have succeeded in your intention.

Close your mediation by repeating the same mantra you began with. As you do so, visualize the violet flames shrinking into the center of your forehead (the location of your third eye).
