About this Recipe
This dreamy copycat recipe originally came from the infamous Erewhon coconut cloud smoothie previously launched. With in the first week of launch, over 1,000 people had asked for the beautiful blue smoothie. Using all dairy free and gluten free ingredients, this recipe is perfect for those with dietary restrictions.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup MALK vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Zuma Valley Organic Coconut Cream (cold)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
- 1 tsp organic vanilla
- 1 tsp blue majik spirulina
- vanilla stevia to taste (recommend around 1 tsp)
- Coconut whipped cream (for serving & optional)
**All ingredients listed are plant-based, dairy-free and gluten-free!
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Add 1/4 of the Zuma Valley coconut cream to the bottom of your smoothie glass (the rest will be used to top)
Step 2
Sprinkle the Blue Majik around the sides of the glass and set aside for a minute
Step 3
Combine the almond MALK, more coconut cream, blue majik, almond butter, collagen powder, vanilla extract, vanilla stevia, and all frozen items in the blender. Blend until smooth and extra thick.
Step 4
Pour the smoothie in your glass sprinkled with Blue Majik. Top with the remaining coconut cream, sprinkle with a tad bit more Blue Majik, and enjoy!
