Our Fave Refreshing Mocktail Recipes

  Mocktail /ˈmäkˌtāl/ (noun)

  1. An extremely delicious and conscious nonalcoholic drink consisting of a mixture     of fruit juices or other soft drinks.

1.) Sparkling Lime Hydrator

Ingredients:

1 cup. diced fresh watermelon

4 oz. San Pellegrino sparkling water

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Mint leaves

Preparation:

1.) Place watermelon and lime juice in a mason jar and muddle (aka smoosh) all the watermelon until you have a substantial amount of juice from the watermelon

2.) Clap some mint leaves in your hand to release the scent and add to mason jar mixture along with a few ice cubes

3.) Add sparkling water

4.) Shake well

5.) Fill a beautiful glass with ice and strain mixture over the top

6.) Chop extra watermelon into cubes and add to glass along with lime slices

7.) Garnish with mint

2.) Lemon Blueberry “Cosmopolitan”

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 oz. Olipop Ginger Lemon Sparkling Tonic

1 oz. blueberry juice

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz. Torani Blue Curacao Syrup (Non-alcoholic)

Preparation: 

1.) Fill a shaker cup with all ingredients

2.) Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds

3.) Strain into a chilled martini glass

4.) Garnish with blueberries and rosemary

3.) Strawberry Vanilla Sunrise

Ingredients: 

For mint simple syrup//

4 mint leaves

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

For mocktail//

12 strawberries (sliced in half)

8 oz. of mint simple syrup

4 oz. fresh lemon juice

3-4 oz. Olipop Strawberry Vanilla Sparkling Tonic

Ice

Preparation: 

For the simple syrup//

1.) In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, bring the mint, sugar, and water to a boil

2.) Stir until sugar is dissolved

3.) Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature

4.) Refrigerate until ready to use

For the mocktail//

1.) In a cocktail maker, muddle (aka smoosh) 3 strawberries with ice

2.) Add 1 oz. lemon juice and 2 oz. prepared mint simple syrup

3.) Fill the glass with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds

4.) Pour the cocktail into a clean beautiful glass and add ice

5.) Top with Olipop Strawberry Vanilla Sparkling Tonic

Ingredients:

Soda water

1 tbsp. sugar

Fresh mint leaves

3 juiced limes

Preparation:

1.) Muddle the sugar and mint leaves using a pestle and mortar

2.) Place a handful of ice in a glass and pour lime juice over the ice

3.) Pour mint and sugar mixture over the top

4.) Top off with soda water

5.) The Ginger Mule

Virgin mule recipe

Ingredients: 

4 cups ginger ale

1 1/2 cups iced tea

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

3 tbsp. freshly shredded ginger

Fresh mint leaves

Sliced cucumber

Preparation:

1.) Mix all ingredients except ginger and cucumber in a jar

2.) Put ginger in a glass and top with ice

3.) Pour Mule mixture over the ice 

4.) Garnish with lime wheel and place cucumber slice in drink
